my rmz 250 is very simple to start any time, hot or cold. mostly 1 kick
@pyurhhi lol my yamaha is hard to start when its cold…but when you have it warmed up…omg dude one kick is all it takes then its off..bikes a beast

my ktm doesnt have a problem but my buddies kx-f 250 always has hot start problems if he runs it hard for a couple hours in the bush and then shuts it off it takes quite a few kicks. mines 2 stroke she starts in one kick even if its been sitting all winter
@Mr100percentfresh ive never found hot starts are hard…??? where do you get THAT thought? if any start is hard its a COLD start.

@vipdanny im sorry. i meant the sx-f only has electric start.. they did that because in a race its quicker to just fire it up and go kick starting takes to long especially witha 4 stroke and hot starts are especially hard. only problem is if the battery ever dies your screwed but ktm puts a pretty excellent battery in there just gota keep it charged over the winter
