The Ancient 68 GMC comes out of the woods for another Fire Season. Wasn’t enough fuel in the tank for the pump to pick it up because of the grade it was parked on. A small purgin, starting fluid and 15 gallons of fuel later, it’s ready to make more episodes! The 48 Brill turned out to be a 46. It’s still here waiting for the transporter to take it to it’s new home. I’ll post the departure video when the time comes.

A 1957 GMC huge widow Napco truck project that became a reason to have some fun. “57 GMC Runs Again” is the engine donor for this truck. We’ve chose to video document the process of turning the engine-less “Mighty Whitey” into a road worthy marvel, updating things for comfort and safety, and all the while keeping a tight budget. The end result is supposed to be a reliable cruiser with substantial off-road capabilities, and something that we needn’t worry about getting a scratch on. Keep checking back as we add episodes building both “Mighty Whitey” and showing other Redneck Restorations on “This Ancient Truck”.
